To say our 4th of July was eventful, was quite the understand. Normally, we are in California in Lake Almanor, but having just returned from Cabo, we were home this year. Craig, the awesome guy that he is, was trying to make me feel better by planning a few nights away in eastern Washington. Our trip was wrought with car trouble and many funny memories of riding around Cle Elum, Washington in the back of a white van, sitting in bean bags. If you need to get somewhere in Cle Elum, call Stan! The funniest part was riding back to Seattle in the tow truck.
Never the less, we had sunshine and swimming and returned home to do some fireworks. The car is still in the shop, so I've been taking the bus to work, but it was a happy 4th of July and we're proud to be Americans. Here are a few pics.
